1. What CramCore is

CramCore is an AI-powered tool that generates exam-style practice papers based on course materials you provide. Our outputs are practice aids only - they are not real exams, and we make no guarantee that any specific question will appear on your actual exam.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use CramCore for legitimate personal study purposes only. You may not:

• Upload materials you do not have the right to share
• Use CramCore to facilitate academic dishonesty (e.g. cheating on a live exam)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI outputs at scale
• Share your account credentials with others
• Abuse the platform through automated or excessive requests

3. Academic integrity

CramCore is a study tool. Using AI-generated practice questions to prepare for exams is entirely legitimate. However, submitting CramCore output as your own work in an assessed context (assignments, take-home exams, etc.) may violate your institution's academic integrity policy. You are responsible for understanding and following your institution's rules.

4. Uploaded content

You retain ownership of any files you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process those files solely for the purpose of generating your exam. You confirm you have the right to upload the content (e.g. your own notes, materials distributed to you by your institution).

5. AI-generated content

Exam questions and solutions are generated by AI and may contain errors. Always verify answers against authoritative course materials. CramCore is not liable for any incorrect information in generated content.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time - your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, contact us and we'll sort it out.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party providers (Anthropic) and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CramCore after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify registered users of significant changes by email.
