1. What we collect

When you use CramCore, we may collect:

• Account information (email address, name) when you sign in with Google
• Course information you enter (university, program, course name)
• Files you upload to generate exams (temporarily stored for processing)
• Usage data such as number of generations and messages
• Billing information processed securely through Stripe - we never see your card details

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Generate practice exams and solutions using AI
• Save your generation history (Pro users)
• Manage your subscription and billing
• Improve the quality of exam generation over time
• Send important service-related communications

3. Uploaded files

Files you upload are used solely to generate your practice exam. They are stored temporarily in Firebase Storage and are not used to train AI models or shared with third parties. You can delete your uploaded files at any time from your dashboard.

4. Third-party services

CramCore uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) - authentication and file storage
• Anthropic - AI-powered exam generation (your course content is sent to their API)
• Stripe - payment processing
• Railway - database and application hosting

5. Data retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Free users' generation data is not saved between sessions. Pro users' history is retained until account deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
